It often proves to be particularly challenging, as in addition to the uncertainties of an academic career, there is a further uncertainty factor: the question of disciplinary positioning and expertise. Staying on course in this area of tension requires conscious reflection, a good compass and clear objectives.
Interdisciplinary Minds offers workshops on various topics as well as coaching and mentoring for researchers of all levels who want to position themselves clearly and confidently in the field of tension between several disciplines and shape innovative paths.

Coaching and mentoring supports the strengthening and clear alignment of individual career goals in an interdisciplinary context - either online or on-site in Frankfurt/Main. It is ideally suited as a supplement to workshops or process support.
